General Terms and Conditions

We want you to enjoy your golf so please take a little time to read the general terms and conditions below.

• Failure to turn up for the allotted tee time may result in the course officials refusing to allow play. The course is under no obligation to refund green fees.
• Should players not present a valid handicap certificate the course is not obliged to allow play. Please ensure you meet the handicap requirement of the golf course.
• Dress code must be adhered to both on the golf courses and clubhouses. Generally tailored shorts and collared shirts are acceptable during summer.
• Golf shoes with soft spikes are a requirement on all golf courses.
• Voucher provided are proof of booking. We ask that you present these on request as golf courses are not obliged to allow play without them.
• In the interest of other golfers it is essential that you behave in an acceptable manner at all times within the confines of the golf course. If, in the course managements’ opinion, a player causes a disturbance or is considered a danger to himself or others he may be refused permission to play or may be asked to leave the golf course and its environs.

We recommend that you arrive at the golf course at least 30 mins before your tee off time.

Reservations, Cancellations and Refunds

We are aware that clients sometimes have to alter plans, even at short notice. We do however have contractual obligations but we undertake at all times to do our upmost to facilitate any reasonable request for cancellations, alterations to dates/times etc.

• A 10% deposit will secure a booking for packages or green fees.
• Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival or first tee time.
• Cancellations are allowed up to 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival/first tee time and payment refunded less the booking deposit.
• In the case of green fees no refund can be made a if round is cancelled within 10 days of tee time.
• In the case of packages a 50% cancellation fee is charged if booking is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival. After this no refunds can be made.
• Alteration to tee times will be by agreement with the individual clubs and subject to availability.
• Any requests for cancellations or alterations must be made by email by the person who originally made the booking.

Insurance

• We are fully compliant with Portuguese insurance regulations but we strongly recommend that all our clients have full travel insurance.
